I ended up working with Chip based on a referral. Chip was knowledgeable, quick to respond, and moved my refinance through quickly. He was always willing to answer my questions, and he successfully set up everything I needed to close on my cash out refi for my house. He also worked closely with other POC's I needed him to for additional items such as opening a HELOC which is above and beyond his scope. As with all closings, there were a few hiccups along the way with appraisal values, changes in closing fees, and amendments to financing to resolve discrepancies, but Chip worked to make these edits expeditiously and explained all the changes to me so I had a good understanding of what was going on and why. There was also some confusion with the closing attorney and scheduling, but at no fault to Chip. I would definitely recommend him and overall was impressed with his professionalism and support. I will gladly refer him to my friends and family and encourage you to reach out to him to see if he can help you with your needs.
